To use your Fidelity Card discount voucher, the full-priced products must have a total value of at least €1.00 more than the amount of the voucher. For example, if the voucher is worth €25.00, the total value of the full-priced products must be at least €26.00 (please note: shipping costs do not count towards the total amount or earn points). The Fidelity Card discount voucher cannot be applied to products on sale. For instance, if you have reached a discount voucher and your shopping cart contains both a product on sale and a full-priced product, the discount voucher can only be used on the full-priced product.

In the event of a total or partial cancellation of your order, the points corresponding to the Fidelity Card discount voucher applied to the cancelled items will be returned to you. It is not possible to apply the voucher or the corresponding points share exclusively to the remaining, non-cancelled items of the same order. The portion of the discount voucher used on the cancelled item will become available again after the order has been fully delivered.
In the event of a total or partial return of your order, the points corresponding to the Fidelity Card discount voucher applied to the returned items will be credited back to you. For example, if you reach a €25.00 discount voucher (corresponding to 550 points) and decide to use it on one or more products for a total purchase of €75.00, upon making the return you will be refunded the €50.00 actually spent, and the points corresponding to the discount voucher applied to the returned items will be re-credited to your account.
No, to earn points when shopping in an Intrend store located in a different country, you must sign up for that specific country's Fidelity Card program.
For example, if you hold a Fidelity Card issued in one country and make a purchase in an Intrend store in a country other than the issuing one, you will not earn points on your original card. To earn points in that store, you will need to enroll in the local Fidelity Card program.

To use your accumulated Fidelity Card discount voucher online, follow these simple steps
- Log in to your account on our website or register if you haven't already done so.
- Make sure your Fidelity Card is correctly linked to your account, and check the Fidelity Card page to verify if your accumulated points entitle you to a discount voucher.
- Add items to your shopping cart for an amount that exceeds the voucher value by at least €1.00 (please note: shipping costs are excluded and do not count toward this minimum amount). If you wish to purchase multiple items, we suggest exceeding the voucher value by at least €5.00/€6.00.
- On the first page of the shopping cart, you will find four buttons corresponding to the different voucher thresholds. Click on the button related to the voucher you want to use to apply it to your purchase.
The Fidelity Card discount voucher is not deducted from the order total; instead, the points corresponding to the voucher are automatically split proportionally across all full-priced items in the order (excluding items on sale). The details of this split are listed in the order confirmation email. It is not possible to apply the voucher to only one specific item within an order containing multiple full-priced garments. Following the modification/cancellation or a total or partial return of an order with multiple items, the portion of points applied to the cancelled or returned product will be automatically credited back to your points balance after the entire order has been delivered.
The Fidelity Card is a loyalty card that rewards your shopping: for every order you place, the amount of the purchased products will be turned into points that give you access to discount vouchers.
How do I earn points?

Where can I use my discount vouchers?
Online: Log in to your personal account, choose the products you wish to purchase, and you can apply your earned discount directly on the shopping cart page.
Fidelity Card points for online orders are unlocked only after the return period has expired.
The points will be transferred to your actual balance 30 days after the delivery date of the order; until then, you will see them as "pending confirmation".
No, points cannot be transferred or gifted to another user who holds a Fidelity Card.
The Fidelity Card is personal and not transferable.
The Fidelity Card is only valid in the country where it is issued. Therefore, it is possible to have only one Fidelity Card per country, but multiple Fidelity Cards in total if you are registered in multiple Fidelity programmes of different countries.
For example, you can simultaneously hold a Fidelity Card Germany and a Fidelity Card France, but it is not possible to transfer points between Fidelity Cards of different countries.
